QuickBooks Connector

Push data to QuickBooks and pull data from QuickBooks in order to eliminate data entry. Works with all desktop versions of QuickBooks and QuickBooks Online.

Hospitality

Create, or import, the room matrix for your project, then use the room distribution feature to assign an individual spec item to multiple areas. Export all this information to Excel to facilitate installations. Learn more.

Inventory

DesignSmart offers three different levels of our inventory module so you can get the one you need. Start with the Retail version that includes point-of-sale and client loans, to the full blown multiple warehouse version. One of the versions is sure to meet your needs. Learn more.

Private Hosting

Project Cost Monitor

Not all costs, like travel costs and local purchases, are entered into DesignSmart. For this reason we developed the Project Cost Monitor to pull all project related costs from QuickBooks. This allows all designers to know if a project is on budget. Learn more.
