New Client Portal
For many years the design firms that use DesignSmart have been crystal clear that because of the nature of their high-end projects, it was critical for them to focus on the rapport between their designer and their client. Anything that got in the way of building that relationship was an immediate thumbs down. For that reason we opted not to develop a client portal because our clients simply would not have used it.
While the importance of that relationship is still key, many design firms reassessed their workflows during the pandemic and concluded that a client portal, if designed correctly, could benefit their clients. So we are thrilled to announce the release of our new client portal. Here are just some of the features it includes:
