How does this module work?

This first step is for your client to agree that the total amount shown in your proposal/estimate/contract will be the agreed upon “final” amount. Then as the project progresses and changes are required, you will submit “change orders” for your client to approve. Each change order will show what items are being removed from the contract amount and which ones are being added, and how much the contract would increase by or decrease by.
